Message 7 of Dave, I have never tried this personally. If simultanous use is required, then you really need a true device driver. Tried install-filter with different parameters – no luck. But this does not mean libusg in the community have not have more success, so hopefully someone else will find this thread kibusb be able to help you!

Funny timing, I just completed the same thing yesterday. The tutorial linked above is pretty old, and based on the comments at the bottom of that page it isn’t as thorough as it maybe should liubsb. This is generally not an issue unless working with ‘composite’ usb devices that implement more then one interface s intended to be accessed by different programs.
